Blake leads the audiology team at Midwest Hearing as our Director of Audiology. He earned his M.S. in Audiology from the University of Wisconsin and his Doctorate of Audiology from the Arizona School of Health Sciences. Blake was also on the board of directors for the Minnesota Academy of Audiology.
