Dr. Elliot founded A&E Audiology in December 2000 shortly after moving to Lancaster with her husband Michael and her two sons Andrew and Eric. A&E is named after her sons, who she enthusiastically describes as her “proudest accomplishments.” Dr. Elliot is passionate about her patients, her employees, and her community. She is the past president of the Pennsylvania Academy of Audiology, and 2018 recipient of the Academy’s most prestigious award, the George. S. Osborne Award for contributions to the profession. Why I Became an Audiologist: “I initially started as an undergraduate in Speech and Audiology but realized fairly early that I received immense joy from working with people with hearing loss. I founded A&E Audiology with the goal of being able to bring quality audiology services to people in Lancaster County. My mission is to keep challenging myself and my staff to provide the best quality of care in a warm and compassionate environment!” ~Dr. Elliot
Dr. Bethany Noll, Au.D.
Dr. Noll pursued audiology because she wanted to be able to give back the gift of hearing that she has been given since the age of 4. She has worn hearing devices from a young age and has a huge heart for providing the gift of hearing. She has multiple special interests including hearing instrument technology, pediatrics, aural rehabilitation, and cochlear implants. She is involved with our non-profit clinic, A&E Hearing Connection and has participated on several humanitarian trips. She is from Denver, Pa and has a brother, Austin, who also wears hearing instruments. Dr. Noll loves sports especially basketball and she is a big 76ers fan! She is also a lover of dogs. Don’t be afraid to ask about her bernadoodle! Why I Became an Audiologist: “I became an audiologist because I want to share the gift of hearing that I have been so graciously given my entire life. I want to help as many people as I can and help them lead a joyful, fulfilling life. Becoming an audiologist has given me the opportunity to give back both here in Pennsylvania and overseas.” ~Dr. Noll
