Kathryn became interested in audiology due to hearing loss in her family which helped her realize the many subtle ways that a hearing impairment can isolate one from friends and family. She has found it very rewarding to help hearing impaired people of all ages ‘reconnect’. When not helping patients, Kathryn enjoys traveling, hiking, biking and other outdoor activities.

Through a holistic approach to each patient’s unique life experiences and goals, Dr. Lamberth works together with the patient, family members, and other healthcare providers to develop the most appropriate individual treatment plan. A Midwest native, Dr. Lamberth enjoys biking, swimming, exploring area parks with her husband and dog, and experiencing new local restaurants and music.
One of Laura’s special pleasures is the relationships she has built through the continued care of long-term patients in her hearing-aid practice. Laura is a proud Austin native, and a runner. As a Board Member of the Hill Country Conservancy, she enjoys hikes and picnics in the Texas hill country with her husband and son. She and her husband are passionate about travel and learning foreign cultures.
